Educational System

We value “communication and collaboration.” We encourage employees to share their knowledge and experience with one another, and we strive to develop human resources who can work with us to challenge new things. “Education on manufacturing” and “education on human resource development” are the two pillars of our educational system. So we provide extensive support for our new employees so they can become proficient at what they do within three years of joining our company.

Career Development

KOITO offers an opportunity for everyone to develop their career according to their skill set, regardless of their academic background or gender. We provide training to improve management skills and to develop one's career. We encourage and support each person's desire to grow. Promotional exams are also offered to determine those who qualify to take managerial positions and positions for subsection chiefs.

Corporate Cafeterias

We have set up corporate cafeterias with nutritionally balanced menus in several facilities. For facilities without a cafeteria, packed lunches and meal allowances are provided.

Corporate Dormitories (Shizuoka)

Corporate dormitories can be used for the first six years of working at KOITO. Rent is reasonably priced, and they are used by about 80% of new employees. Pictured above is one of the three apartments in Shizuoka Region.

Corporate Dormitory (Aichi)

Pictured above is a corporate dormitory in Aichi. We also have a corporate dormitory in the Tokyo Region. Leased corporate housing can also be provided for those who are assigned to an area without a corporate dormitory.
